Hiring the church space

Our beautiful church dates back to between 1120 and has an ancient font and six bells which were recast in 1962 and then rehung in 1981. An outstanding feature of the church is the Allen organ which was installed in the summer of 2012 and which was played in an inaugural concert in the church by the late Carlo Curley.

The church is a Grade I listed building and has recently undergone extensive modernising works. New lighting has been installed, the electrical systems have been replaced and there is now a new boiler. There are toilet facilities behind the organ console and we operate a hearing-aid loop within the church.

Another outstanding feature of the building is its wonderful acoustics which musicians have enjoyed over the years, hiring the space for recording and for concerts. TV companies have also used the church for major series in recent years.
