#FM (FOLLOW ME) is our Youth Group which meets every Sunday during term time from 6pm - 8pm in the Loft Room of the Church Hall.
The group is split into two YGR and OLDR. YGR is a newly established group for those in School Years 6 to 9. It meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. OLDR is for those youth in Year 10 and above and they meet on the 3rd and 4th Sunday. If there is a 5th Sunday both groups meet together. Check our Calendar for exact dates!
We recognise that being a teenager and a Christian can be tough, #FM aims to create a supportive, open and happy environment where young people can ask questions, discuss and debate issues that are relevant to them and help them grow in their faith.
The group is led by our Youth Pastor, Lauren and an amazing team of committed Youth Group Leaders who build strong relationships with the group. Together the leaders and young people enjoy games, chat, prayer and food. We have a table tennis table and a football table and a popular tuck shop. The evenings are very much led by what the young people want to do. Outings are regularly planned and the group has recently been bowling and to Legoland and Chessington World of Adventures.
All young people aged 11 to 18 (in secondary school) are welcome. Leaders are all DBS checked and trained. Please contact the Church Office if you are interested in joining the group as a young person or volunteer.
